This User Agreement defines the usage rules, service specifications and user responsibilities for the Aenot application. By downloading, installing and continuously using Aenot, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all terms of this agreement.
Aenot is an AI-powered comic art application focused on American comic style creation. The app allows users to upload personal photos via camera or local gallery, select various built-in comic templates, and generate unique comic-style artwork with one-click AI generation. It requires no professional drawing skills, supporting the creation of personalized profile pictures, creative portraits and comic works for daily use and social sharing. All AI generation functions operate based on in-app coin consumption, and every creation needs user confirmation before coin deduction.
All users must abide by standardized and healthy usage specifications while using Aenot. Users are only permitted to upload legally authorized personal images for private, non-commercial personal creation. It is strictly prohibited to upload, generate, save or disseminate pornographic, violent, bloody, discriminatory, illegal and any inappropriate harmful content that violates public order and good customs. Users take full independent responsibility for all uploaded materials and AI-generated comic works.
Aenot requires no account registration or login verification, supporting fully anonymous usage without collecting any personal user information. All image parsing, template matching, comic style rendering, texture overlay and artwork synthesis processes are independently completed by Aenot's self-developed AI system. The application does not invoke, access or rely on any third-party AI algorithms, cloud servers and external technical services in any creative links. Aenot will never upload, transmit or share users' original photos, template selection records, creative parameters, cache files and finished comic works with any external platforms and third-party institutions. We strictly implement a zero-collection policy for all user facial information and biometric data. Our AI only completes overall picture comic style conversion and visual effect optimization, without performing facial detection, facial recognition and biometric analysis. We never collect, store or analyze user facial features, build facial databases, or use portrait data for advertising, tracking and model training. We will never sell or disclose users' private portrait information and creative data to any third parties under any circumstances.
All creative functions and services of Aenot are only available to users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their local region are eligible to download, install and use this application. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using Aenot and all its internal functions in any form.
We grant users a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial and revocable personal license to use Aenot on personal mobile devices for daily personal creative activities. All intellectual property rights of the application, including self-developed AI technology and built-in comic template resources, belong exclusively to Aenot. Users are forbidden to disassemble, reverse engineer, copy or disseminate the application and internal resources for commercial purposes. All creative processes rely entirely on our independent self-developed AI service, and no user facial privacy data will be collected or transmitted during usage.
All original images uploaded by users and all AI-generated comic artworks are fully owned by the users. Aenot does not obtain any ownership and usage rights of user creative content. We will never use users' creative works for AI model training, product iteration and commercial promotion, and all user creation data will not be transmitted to any third-party platforms.
All AI comic generation functions require standard in-app coin consumption for every creation task. The app does not provide free unlimited creation privileges. Users can browse and switch various built-in comic templates freely to complete personalized creation. All finished works are stored locally on the user's device, and users can independently save, share and delete their creations.
We reserve the right to optimize application functions, fix system bugs and update this User Agreement according to product iteration needs. Updated terms will be published on the in-app Settings document page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the application after updates means full acceptance of the revised agreement terms. All updates will not change our core commitments of anonymous use, independent self-developed AI operation and zero facial data collection.
User's use of Aenot is simultaneously governed by the official in-app Privacy Policy. All user creative data is stored locally on the device without cloud synchronization or remote backup. We never actively collect user private information and facial data, and will never share user privacy content with any external third-party organizations and individuals.
